IN THE HAIR-BANTU KNOT OUT

Turn the page for more info

  1. Start as always with freshly washed and deep conditioned hair
  2. My hair was in a pony-tail for two days before I did this style so it was stretched
  3. Separate hair into 3 sections. The front bang piece, and a off middle part all the way to the napeof the head, moisturise if needed
  4. Part the sections to start flat twisting, add a gel of your choice ( I used Eco-styler with Argan Oil) for hold and start flat twisting hair to towards the middle of the head
  5. Before I twist to the end I like to add a elastic band so that my hair wont unravel
  6. Repeat until finished on either side
  7. You could leave the front piece to pin and tuck as seen here like I did for two days
  8. However to achieve this particular style I put my hair in medium sized twisted bantu knots using Taliah Waajid Curly Curl Creme, Sweet Almond Oil and water
  9. Unravel in the morning or whenever you decide to paying close attention to not disrupt the curl pattern of the knots
  10. Pin to shape the front In the way that suits you and do the same for the back.
And there you have it a nice updo for work or play. Hope you enjoyed this post and If you have questions leave them below!
