- I started with semi dirty hair.I wore my hair in a updo style for a christening the previous day (see here) however I didn’t like it so I took it out
- I spritz my hair with water for added moisture applied my styler of choice ( Taliah Waajid Curly-Curl Creme) and did medium sized braids. In total I had about 10 braids
- I sealed with Olive Oil
- The front was already sectioned off so I decided to leave it out for a pin-up of some sort for the day
- To release the braids I rubbed coconut oil on my hands to prevent frizz and also to give my hair added shine and as usual I did not separate. I simply took the braids out and let my hair and mother nature do the rest. Reason being I find with my hair type its really easy to get frizz so in order to avoid that I don't separate
- For the pin up in the front I just free styled and realised it looked like a pain au raisin lol
- On my edges I used my toothbrush with ORS Smooth And Hold Pudding with Castor Oil
the wind was being disrespectful lol |
I had shrinkage but hey comes with the territory |
And that’s it!
